We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only. Our standard delivery option is available at a flat rate of £4.95 for all orders. UK Return & Exchange Policy


We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Coast Botanical Skincare. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy for your peace of mind.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for unopened and unused cosmetic products. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for cosmetic products that have been opened, unless they are faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.

Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your cosmetic product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges and Gift Vouchers
If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused cosmetic product for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Alternatively, we are happy to offer a gift voucher of equivalent value for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including opened cosmetic products, perishable goods, and personalised items. We also do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or using promotional discounts.
